This Privacy Policy explains how Talkon collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our iOS application and related services. Talkon is designed as a pet growth journal and care log. It focuses on personal record keeping, timeline review, and optional memorial card creation.
By using Talkon, you understand that some information is stored locally on your device and, where applicable, may also be processed on our internal servers to provide app functionality. We do not use your information for advertising, user profiling, or data selling.

We use information only to operate and improve Talkon’s core pet journaling features, including saving entries, displaying timelines, showing statistics, managing care logs, processing optional purchases, and providing support.
We do NOT use your information for AI training, NOT use it for advertising, NOT use it for profiling, and NOT sell it to others.
Talkon does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or face template creation. If a photo is used in the app, it is handled as a pet image for journal and card-generation purposes only.
We do not extract or store biometric identifiers from photos, and any temporary processing data used for a requested feature is deleted after processing is complete.
Any AI-related or automated processing used by Talkon is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do NOT use third-party AI services to process user data.
Temporary data used for processing is deleted after completion, and user data is NOT used for model training, model improvement, or optimization. All AI processing is internal only and is not used for advertising, profiling, or data resale.
Talkon is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that information from a user under 17 has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.

All AI processing occurs on our own internal servers only. No advertising, no AI training, and no data selling are permitted under this policy.
